Big title!!! Greetings, I have researched for some time now for a Blog that speaks to me and my current life as well as my past! I have not found one that does that- so I decided why not be my voice! I am an African-American single mother of two girls; 14 and 7, and my life to say the least is interesting! I recently moved to a new state to offer better for my children and myself and to complete my PhD. The transition to a new state with new people, friends and jobs was a difficult one but we are making the best of it. A brief introduction about myself and please share your stories with me! I am a survivor of Domestic Violence and I always us that as a starting point when I tell myself that I cannot do something.
